NCERT texts are written by eminent academic and other authorities in the field. Much thought has gone into the structure and the content of the books. However, space is finite and inevitably important topics have to be covered briefly or not at all. Teachers and students often do not understand why a concept is presented in one particular manner and not in some other manner. On the other hand, space and time is not a constraint in the online world. We want to use electronic media to explain the NCERT textbooks and to demonstrate how these books can be taught.
